However, compared with a cooling conveyor, a cooling table is usually less efficient for large-scale continuous production because it depends more on manual placement and removal of products.The key difference between the two lies in movement and automation. A profile cooling conveyor is dynamic and continuous, while a cooling table is static and batch-oriented. The conveyor is better for automated lines and long production runs, while the table is better for smaller batches, product checking, or situations where careful handling is needed. In terms of cooling performance, the conveyor often provides more uniform results because products move through a controlled cooling zone.
